Do you want custom colours on one of my designs? Contact me before you place your order and let me know what colours you would like. I’m more than happy to work with you, and will provide you with 1 or 2 photos of glass samples to choose from once you have placed your order.

Flat fee shipping rate includes tracking number, and careful, eco friendly packaging to ensure your stained glass pieces arrive safely.

Already made items will be shipped within 48hrs.
Please allow 5-10 business days for most custom orders to be made and ready for delivery.


Standard delivery expectations are estimated:
1-3 business days for Ontario
4-7 business days for the rest of Canada and the U.S.

*Delays may occur during Holiday season, or due to the pandemic.


Contact me directly before you place your order if you would like to arrange pick-up. You will receive a ‘Coupon Code’ to exempt you from paying the shipment fee. As well, we can arrange for a date and time for you to pick-up your order – contact@shaunasie.com



If you need to cancel your order please do so with in 24hrs. Once your order is packed and shipped I cannot accept cancelations.

For personalized orders, you may cancel before I start working on your piece, but once the process has begun I will not accept cancelations.

I assure you that I pack all of my precious glass pieces with the utmost care. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your beautiful glass arrives damaged in shipping, please contact me within 48hrs of receiving your package to work out a solution or make an insurance claim. I also ask that you provide a photo of the damaged piece, preferably with the original packaging.

I will gladly accept return or exchanges if your item is in its original condition and packaging.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
· Perishable products (like food or flowers)
· Digital downloads
· Jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
